2. Read one FULL study on a topic of interest each day.

3. Eat 1g per lb of body weight each day.

 We don’t know about you, but the busier we get, the harder it becomes to sit and read for extended periods. We were once ravenous readers, and we intend to re-train ourselves to sit and read for extended periods.

 On the protein front, we’ve found that it really takes a concerted effort to meet our protein goals each day. After 14 days of focusing on hitting that 1g per lb of body weight we should have a solid handle on what hitting that goal looks like.
